MCS Convocation

Teachers improvise everyday: adjusting their lesson plans, changing their focus, and creatively adapting to student learning on the spot. We’ll take those strengths and apply them to improvising music. They’’ll be a little jazz improv history, some guided improv exercises, and finally applying improvisation to a couple of blues and jazz tunes, Bring your instruments. Don’t Panic. Improvise.
